Dr. Frederick Coville

Dr. Coville has been an Aesthetic & Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon for well over twenty-five years.

Dr. Fred, as he is known to his patients, is a native New Yorker born in Brooklyn. He accelerated through school to begin his university studies at the age of sixteen. Upon receiving his Bachelor’s degree in biology, he went on to complete medical school before his twenty-fifth birthday. Working his way through medical school & residency, he pursued his first love – which has always been to become a master in the art of plastic & aesthetic surgery.

Dr. DeSimone

Dr. DeSimone has been practicing internal medicine for over 30 years with a passion for Age Management. With a proactive and preventative approach to healthcare for an aging population, he focuses on preserving optimal physical & mental function and quality of life for the individual experiencing signs of aging.

Functional Medicine looks at both internal (lifestyle) & external (environmental) factors to determine the best patient care.

Charlotte Coville

Director of Concierge Experience / Patient Care Coordinator

Heralding from the United Kingdom, Charlotte has spent many years in luxury hospitality. From Private Villas in the Swiss Alps and the Mediterranean to Private Luxury Yachts in the Caribbean, she brings her love of all things “Bright and Beautiful” to us here at Rejuvenessence. She loves making you feel at home and, more importantly, as relaxed as possible when you visit with us. “I love what we do for our patients; each and everyone is like family.”

When Charlotte is not with us here in the office, she loves to travel and ski. Oh, and let’s not forget that she does make some time for raising two young and very active boys as well. We think you’ll find it hard not to fall in love with her British charm.

Theresa Messina

Patient Care Coordinator

Fresh from the Exit 0 of the Garden State Parkway, Theresa is Dr. Coville’s incredible Patient Care Coordinator. Theresa brings her beauty and brains to our practice.

From your first phone call to your last post-operative appointment, Theresa is by your side throughout the entire process. She loves planning anything from your surgery to your wedding(s). You see it, you like it, you want it, you got it!

When Theresa isn’t helping you find Your Beautiful, she is most likely snuggling with her kitten, Theo, reading a good book, and pouring herself a glass of wine. She never forgets the wine.

Karina Dominguez

Lead Medical Assistant

Introducing the lead of our clinical team. Karina, Licensed Practical Nurse, holds 10+ years of medical experience, incredible kindness & a great sense of humor! Karina earned her nursing degree at Atlantic Cape Community College. Prior to that she attended the Atlantic County Institute of Technology for Health Sciences and Medicine where she was trained and certified as both a Medical Assistant and an EMT. Karina is CPR, BLS, IV therapy, EKG, Medical Terminology and Phlebotomy certified. She is also our certified ZO Skincare Expert. In addition to her amazing credentials and certifications, she has had the privilege of working in multiple specialties including but not limited to pediatrics, primary care, neurology, rheumatology, dermatology, and pulmonary and sleep medicine. She is also bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. We have a smarty on our hands! Dr. Frederick Coville is one of her biggest mentors and has inspired her to continue her education in hopes of one day becoming a brilliant aesthetic provider herself!

When Karina isn’t assisting Dr. Fred or her patients, she is busy with her three beautiful sons and their sports activities. Oh boy(s)! On top of it all, Karina remains committed to her community by volunteering for non-profits such as South Jersey Woman’s Center, the Hispanic Association of Atlantic County and her church, Ministerio Cristiano Impacto de Dios, Inc.

Ashley Reider

Aesthetic Nurse

Nurse Ashley is a born and raised “South Jersey girl.” She worked as a Medical Assistant for Cornerstone Plastic Surgery years ago and loved her experience so much that she decided to further her education and become a Nurse! Ashley is the go-to girl for all injectables, laser treatments, and skin care needs!

When Ashley isn’t here, you can either find her at the local hospital working as a cardiac nurse, or with her husband, two beautiful daughters, and dog Wolfie trying to relax…or visiting Disney World (their favorite)!
